When you have so many kids, the space inside your house can start feeling cramped.

When Christmas or birthdays come around, we love to buy large outdoor toys for our family to “inspire” them to play more outside.

Our backyard is filled with trampolines, ziplines, tree houses, dome climbers, a swingset, a sandbox and many rope swings. (There’s also a very sad veggie garden, but we won’t talk about that).

Needless to say, on a nice day my kids have no excuses to stay indoors!

Here are some of our favorite outdoor toys for large families.
